Originally an 8,000 sq ft occupied warehouse, we achieved planning permission in January 2011 for 35 student accommodation units, plus commercial space. We then pre-let the units to Sanctuary Housing on a 25-year lease and completed the building work to their specification, as well as leasing the basement to SAFE Studios for 15 years.
